Subtally reads the list you type or paste and produces a structured ledger, spend split, renewal calendar, trial watch, keep/downgrade/cancel shortlist, email drafts and a monthly recap. These are generated from your entries — the tool does not know anything about your subscriptions beyond what you enter.

Totals, categories and dates are only as accurate as what you enter. Automatic category guesses and overlap suggestions can be wrong, and a renewal reminder depends entirely on the date you set. Always check the ledger against your own records and the real bills from each provider.

Spend summaries and "idle" or "downgrade" suggestions are organisational aids only. They are not financial, budgeting, credit, tax or investment advice, and we do not promise any specific saving. If you need advice about your finances, speak to a qualified professional.

A renewal nudge is a prompt based on the date you entered. Subtallycannot see your bank or card and cannot prevent, delay or cancel any payment. Only the provider's own systems control your charges; the provider's bill is always the source of truth.
