Content License

You keep ownership of the subscription entries you type or paste, and of the ledgers, diagrams, email drafts and recaps generated from them. You may use these outputs freely for your own personal or household purposes — save them, print them, or share them with the people you split subscriptions with.

To run the service, you grant 101010 ENTERPRISES LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process and display your entries and outputs solely to provide Subtally to you — for example, saving a tally to your account and rendering it back. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups that age out on our normal schedule. We do not use your content to train AI models.

The Subtally studio, website, code, design, generated interface graphics and the Subtally name and marks are owned by 101010 ENTERPRISES LIMITED or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or reverse engineer the software or pass it off as your own.

• Use outputs for personal or household subscription tracking.
• Do not present outputs as regulated financial advice or as guarantees of saving.
• Do not use outputs to mislead others or infringe anyone's rights.
• Follow the Acceptable Use Policy at all times.
