Terms of Service
Last updated 25 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Subtally. By creating an account or using the studio, you agree to them. Subtally is online-only software from 101010 ENTERPRISES LIMITED.
Software only
Subtally is a ledger and reminder tool. It is not a bank, payment service or account information service.
No money movement
We never pay, hold, transfer or collect your subscription money — only our own plan fee for the studio.
Not advice
Nothing here is financial, budgeting, credit or investment advice. See the AI Disclaimer.
01The service
Subtally lets you enter or paste a list of subscriptions and turns it into a ledger, spend split, renewal calendar, cancel and downgrade email drafts and a monthly recap. Everything is produced from the entries you provide. The service is delivered entirely online; there are no physical goods or shipping.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use Subtally. If you are 13–17, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. By using the service you confirm the information you give us is accurate.
03Accounts and your responsibilities
You are responsible for your account credentials and for what you enter. You agree to:
- Keep your login secure and not share it.
- Enter only information you have the right to use, and not paste bank logins, card numbers or other credentials.
- Use the studio for your own personal or household subscription tracking.
- Follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
04Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in USD through Stripe. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. By subscribing you authorise us, via Stripe, to charge the plan fee at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
- Monthly plans renew each month; yearly plans renew each year.
- Plans are pure subscriptions — no stored value or credit packs, and unused monthly allowances do not roll over.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We may change prices or plan features on notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds and cooling-off rights.
05What Subtally is not
Subtally is a software tool. It is nota bank, e-money issuer, payment service, account information service or open-banking provider. It does not connect to your bank, card or inbox, and it does not pay, cancel, hold or transfer your money. Any cancellation or downgrade is completed by you on the relevant provider's platform.
Summaries, overlap suggestions and reminders are organisational aids based on your entries. They are not financial, budgeting, credit, tax or investment advice and do not guarantee any saving or that a charge is stopped.
06Intellectual property and your content
We own the Subtally software, site and brand. You keep ownership of the entries you create and the outputs generated for you; you grant us the limited licence described in the Content License so we can operate the service.
07Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose; accuracy depends on the entries you provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 101010 ENTERPRISES LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any charge you were or were not billed by a third-party provider.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
08Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; retention of any remaining data follows our Privacy Policy.
09Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version and continued use means you accept the update.
